This award recognises excellence in strategies that drive customer growth. It celebrates work that effectively attracts new customers or strengthens existing relationships through insight-led planning, clear targeting, and meaningful engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Judging Criteria (Please note that Strategy Area has the Highest Score Weighting)

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the customer strategy and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear and well-defined approach to acquisition or retention. Includes audience segmentation, targeting, and the key decisions that drive customer growth.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative thinking in how customers are acquired or retained. Includes new or effective approaches to engagement, loyalty, or lifecycle management.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the strategy is translated into compelling and effective communication. Includes messaging, offers, and the ability to drive action.

5. Experience
Illustrates how the strategy shapes the customer journey. Includes onboarding, engagement, retention, and the ability to create ongoing value and connection.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in managing customer growth strategies. Includes alignment across marketing, data, and business functions, and the ability to drive sustained performance.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include customer acquisition, retention rates, lifetime value, repeat purchase, churn reduction, or revenue growth.
