About the Award

This award recognises excellence in purpose-driven strategy. It celebrates work that embeds sustainability, social impact, or responsible business practices into core strategy, creating meaningful, long-term value for organisations, communities, and society.

Judging Criteria (Please note that Strategy Area has the Highest Score Weighting)

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the purpose, strategy, and impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear and well-defined approach to driving positive change. Includes alignment with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and long-term sustainability or impact goals.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative thinking in how change is delivered. Includes new or effective approaches to sustainability, social impact, or responsible business practices.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the strategy is communicated and brought to life. Includes clarity, authenticity, and the ability to engage stakeholders meaningfully.

5. Experience
Illustrates how stakeholders interact with and benefit from the initiative. Includes accessibility, relevance, and the ability to create meaningful and sustained engagement.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in driving change within and beyond the organisation. Includes governance, accountability, and the ability to influence industry, communities, or broader systems.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include social, environmental, or business outcomes, supported by ongoing measurement, evaluation, and reporting. Base numbers must be included.
