About the Award

This award recognises excellence in mobile design and experience. It celebrates platforms and applications that are purpose-built for mobile, leveraging the unique behaviours, contexts, and capabilities of mobile devices to create engaging, intuitive, and effective user experiences.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the mobile experience and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear understanding of mobile user behaviour, context, and intent. Includes how the solution aligns with business objectives and leverages mobile as a primary platform.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative use of mobile technology or features. Includes new or inventive approaches to interaction, functionality, or engagement within a mobile environment.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates excellence in mobile design and interface. Includes layout, interaction design, and how effectively the platform communicates and engages within a mobile context.

5. Experience
Illustrates the quality of the mobile user journey. Includes usability, navigation, performance, accessibility, and the ability to create seamless and engaging interactions.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in mobile-first thinking and execution. Includes collaboration across design, development, and business teams, and the ability to set new standards in mobile experience.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include engagement, retention, conversion, usage frequency, or overall business impact.
