Judging Criteria

Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the social strategy, content, and impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear understanding of audience, platform behaviour, and content objectives. Includes how the social approach aligns with broader brand and business goals.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative use of social platforms and features. Includes new or creative ways of using formats, tools, or trends to engage audiences.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates excellence in content creation and storytelling. Includes visual design, tone of voice, and the ability to create distinctive and engaging social content.

5. Experience
Illustrates how audiences interact with the brand across social platforms. Includes consistency, responsiveness, community engagement, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in social thinking and execution. Includes the ability to shape brand voice, foster community, and influence how social is used within the organisation.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include engagement, audience growth, brand impact, or contribution to broader marketing and business outcomes.
