Demonstrates a clear understanding of the audience, content role, and objectives. Includes how content supports broader brand and marketing goals.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative thinking in content strategy, formats, or distribution. Includes new or creative ways of engaging audiences through content.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates excellence in storytelling and content creation. Includes originality, narrative strength, and the ability to create distinctive and engaging content.

5. Experience
Illustrates how audiences engage with content across platforms. Includes consistency, relevance, and the ability to create meaningful and ongoing interactions.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in content thinking and execution. Includes the ability to build a content ecosystem, shape brand voice, and influence how content is used within the organisation.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include engagement, audience growth, conversions, brand impact, or contribution to business performance.
