This is NOT for:
Brand storytelling or visual design work without a clear focus on usability and interaction.

About the Award

This award recognises excellence in user experience design. It celebrates work that creates intuitive, efficient, and engaging interactions—enabling users to achieve their goals بسهولة while supporting brand and business objectives.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and credibility of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the user experience and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear understanding of user needs, behaviours, and context. Includes how the experience is designed to meet both user and business objectives.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative thinking in interaction design. Includes new or improved approaches to usability, navigation, or digital engagement.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the experience is designed and communicated. Includes interface structure, interaction patterns, and clarity of user flows.

5. Experience
Illustrates the quality of the user journey within the product or platform. Includes ease of use, efficiency, accessibility, and overall satisfaction.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in user-centred design. Includes collaboration across design, product, and technology teams, and the ability to embed UX thinking into development processes.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include improved usability, engagement, task completion, conversion, or overall user satisfaction. Base numbers must be included.
