Judging Criteria
1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the entry tells a compelling story of brand leadership, challenges, actions, and results.
2. Strategy
Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and execution in elevating the brand within its category. This includes clear objectives, insight-driven decision-making, and alignment between brand, business goals, and market opportunities.
3. Innovation
Shows evidence of forward-thinking and innovative approaches that position the brand as a leader, challenger, or disruptor rather than a follower. This may include new business models, channels, technologies, or brand positioning.
4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates the use of creativity grounded in strategic insight to deliver impactful brand expression. This includes originality, quality of execution, and how creative work enhances brand distinctiveness and effectiveness.
5. Experience
Illustrates how the brand delivers a consistent, engaging, and meaningful experience across customer touchpoints. Reflects the leader’s ability to connect brand strategy with real customer interactions and journeys.
6. Leadership
Demonstrates strong leadership in inspiring teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and guiding the brand’s strategic direction. Includes evidence of collaboration, talent development, and organisational influence.
7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include growth in market share, revenue, brand equity, customer engagement, or other relevant performance indicators linked to the strategy.
