Judging Criteria

Demonstrates strong strategic leadership in guiding the agency’s direction, growth, and market positioning. Includes vision-setting, business strategy, client acquisition, and the ability to align teams and capabilities with long-term objectives.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of forward-thinking and innovative approaches in campaigns, business models, services, or operations. Positions the agency as a leader, challenger, or disruptor within the industry.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates a commitment to creative excellence, with work that is insight-driven, distinctive, and impactful. Reflects the leader’s role in fostering a culture that delivers high-quality, effective creative output.

5. Experience
Illustrates how the agency delivers exceptional client and brand experiences across touchpoints. Includes the ability to build strong client relationships, deliver consistent value, and enhance the overall client journey.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent within the agency. Includes building a strong culture, promoting collaboration, upholding ethical standards, and contributing to the broader industry through thought leadership and influence.
