This individual shows strong strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership capability early in their career, making a meaningful contribution to their team, clients, and work. They represent the future of the industry through their impact, mindset, and ability to influence outcomes beyond their level of experience.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the entry communicates the individual’s contributions, growth, and potential.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and understanding of brand, campaign, or business objectives. Shows the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic development and problem-solving.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of fresh thinking and innovative approaches to challenges, campaigns, or ways of working. Reflects a forward-looking mindset and willingness to challenge convention.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates strong creative ability and originality in work produced. Reflects how their contributions enhance the quality and effectiveness of campaigns or brand output.

5. Experience
Illustrates the ability to contribute to positive client and team experiences. Includes collaboration, communication, and the ability to build strong working relationships across stakeholders.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates clear leadership potential through initiative, influence, and the ability to inspire others. Includes mentorship (formal or informal), ownership of work, and contribution to team culture.

7. Impact & Results
Provides evidence of meaningful contribution to successful outcomes. This may include campaign performance, client satisfaction, business impact, or other measurable achievements relative to their level of experience.
