This individual has already made a meaningful impact on brand performance and campaigns, while showing strong promise to become a future leader in the marketing industry.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the entry communicates the individual’s contributions, achievements, and future potential.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and understanding of brand positioning, audience insight, and marketing objectives. Shows the ability to contribute meaningfully to the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of fresh, forward-thinking approaches to marketing challenges. Includes the use of new ideas, channels, technologies, or creative problem-solving to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates originality and effectiveness in creative thinking and execution. Reflects the individual’s contribution to compelling brand storytelling and impactful campaign delivery.

5. Experience
Illustrates the ability to contribute to strong customer and stakeholder experiences. Includes collaboration, cross-functional working, and the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates clear leadership potential through initiative, influence, and accountability. Includes the ability to take ownership, contribute to team success, and positively influence peers and stakeholders.

7. Impact & Results
Provides evidence of meaningful contribution to marketing and business outcomes. This may include campaign performance, brand growth, customer engagement, or other measurable results relative to their level of experience.
