Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and credibility of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the analytical approach and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear rationale for the use of data and analytics. Includes the problem being addressed, objectives, and how insights support business or marketing decisions.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative or advanced analytical approaches. Includes modelling techniques, frameworks, or methods that go beyond standard reporting.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how insights are communicated and made actionable. Includes clarity, visualisation, and the ability to translate complex data into understandable outputs.

5. Experience
Illustrates how insights are used within the organisation. Includes usability, accessibility, and the ability to support decision-making across teams.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in data-driven thinking. Includes governance, collaboration, and the ability to embed analytics into organisational processes.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, factual evidence of success. This may include improved decision-making, performance gains, efficiency, or business outcomes driven by the insights. Base numbers or credible indicators must be included.
