Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and credibility of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the MarTech solution and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear rationale for the MarTech approach. Includes alignment with marketing objectives, business goals, and customer needs.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of innovative thinking in how technology is used or integrated. Includes new or effective ways of connecting systems, data, or workflows.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the technology is structured and communicated. Includes usability, clarity, and the ability to enable teams to work effectively.

5. Experience
Illustrates how the MarTech ecosystem supports users and customers. Includes ease of use, efficiency, and the ability to enhance customer journeys.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in implementing and managing MarTech. Includes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to embed technology within the organisation.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include improved performance, efficiency, measurement capability, customer engagement, or return on investment. Base numbers or credible indicators must be included.
