This award recognises bold experimentation with emerging technologies. It celebrates forward-thinking applications that challenge conventions, explore new capabilities, and push the boundaries of what is possible in marketing and customer experience.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and credibility of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the experimental approach and its potential are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear rationale for exploring the technology. Includes the problem or opportunity being addressed and its relevance to the brand, audience, or business.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of originality in the use of emerging technology. Includes new or unconventional applications that go beyond current industry norms.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the concept is expressed and communicated. Includes clarity of idea, design thinking, and the ability to make complex innovation understandable.

5. Experience
Illustrates how users or audiences interact with the technology. Includes usability, engagement, and the ability to create meaningful or exploratory experiences.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in experimentation and future thinking. Includes willingness to take risks, explore new territory, and influence future direction.

7. Impact & Results
Provides evidence of learning, potential, or early outcomes. This may include pilot results, insights gained, scalability potential, or influence on future strategy. Base numbers or credible indicators should be included where available.
