About the Award

This award recognises product and platform innovation that delivers meaningful impact through technology, functionality, or user experience. It celebrates both entirely new products and significant enhancements to existing tools, platforms, or services that solve real problems and unlock new opportunities for brands and businesses.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the innovation, its purpose, and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the problem or opportunity. Includes insight-led thinking, defined objectives, and alignment between product development and business or user needs.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of genuine product or technological innovation. Includes advancements in functionality, usability, performance, integration, or scalability that differentiate the solution.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the product or platform is designed and presented in a way that enhances usability and adoption. Includes interface design, user experience, and clarity of communication.

5. Experience
Illustrates how the innovation improves user or customer experience. Includes ease of use, accessibility, effectiveness, and the ability to deliver meaningful value across touchpoints.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in bringing the innovation to market. Includes vision, collaboration across teams, and the ability to drive adoption and influence within the organisation or industry.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include adoption rates, performance improvements, efficiency gains, revenue impact, or other relevant outcomes.
