About the Award

This award recognises innovation in how creative work is developed and delivered. It celebrates new processes, collaborations, and ways of working that enable better, faster, or more impactful creative outcomes.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the process innovation and its impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear rationale for rethinking the creative process. Includes the identification of challenges or opportunities and alignment with creative or business objectives.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of genuine innovation in how creative work is developed. Includes new methodologies, tools, workflows, or models of collaboration that improve the creative process.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates how the process enables stronger creative thinking and output. Includes the role of the process in unlocking ideas, improving quality, or enhancing originality.

5. Experience
Illustrates how the new process improves the experience for teams, collaborators, or stakeholders. Includes efficiency, usability, and the ability to foster better creative environments.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in driving change in creative ways of working. Includes fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include improved creative quality, speed to market, efficiency, team performance, or effectiveness of output.
