This award recognises excellence in animation and motion design. It celebrates work that uses animation to enhance storytelling, communicate ideas clearly, and create distinctive and engaging brand experiences across platforms.

Judging Criteria

1. Executive Summary
Overall quality, clarity, and persuasiveness of the submission. Judges will assess how effectively the idea, execution, and impact are articulated.

2. Strategy
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the audience, message, and role of animation within the broader brand or campaign. Includes alignment with defined objectives.

3. Innovation
Shows evidence of originality in animation style, technique, or application. Includes new or inventive approaches that enhance storytelling or engagement.

4. Creativity (Design & Communication)
Demonstrates excellence in animation craft. Includes motion design, timing, transitions, visual style, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively through movement.

5. Experience
Illustrates how the animation engages the audience. Includes clarity, pacing, emotional resonance, and the ability to create a compelling and immersive experience.

6. Leadership
Demonstrates leadership in creative and motion design thinking. Includes collaboration across creative and production teams, and the ability to push boundaries in animation.

7. Impact & Results
Provides clear, measurable evidence of success. This may include engagement, brand impact, audience response, or contribution to broader campaign or business outcomes.
