| Executive Summary: | Real estate listings are a numbers game. But Byron Thomas Properties saw something deeper: a chance to connect emotionally with potential buyers by adding something unexpected to their listings: rescue animals. In partnership with Woodrock Animal Rescue, we created a content strategy that transformed sterile property listings into emotionally resonant conversion tools. Using real shelter animals, photographed and placed in-situ in listed homes, we crafted a seamless visual and written narrative that not only helped homes sell faster — but helped pets find homes too. With zero media spend, we achieved a 55% increase in property views, 52% uplift in SMS leads, and all featured pets were adopted. “Homes Need Pets” wasn’t just a campaign. It was a heartfelt utility that reframed both real estate and animal rescue in a way that made everyone feel at home. |
