After setting up and leading the data & analytics division at Ogilvy South Africa, Danielle co-founded Freerange Creatives. She led the initial launch in Cape Town in 2016, followed by an expansion to Amsterdam in 2019. When COVID-19 hit, she protected her team through the uncertainty and, in 2025, orchestrated a powerful return to the South African market with a refined purpose: to build an agency where creativity and AI don’t just coexist, but collaborate. In less than six months, Danielle has secured five major client wins, established a new remote-first culture, and redefined what ethical, imaginative, data-led leadership looks like.
