| Executive Summary: | Our purpose is to bring beauty, joy and clever thinking to the world of PR and communication. This year it came to life in many wonderful ways, resulting in working with some incredible global and local brands; sustainably growing our revenue; and doing work we are incredibly proud of. We did all this by doing what we love: creating beautiful, crafted work; building our clients and growing alongside them; striving to be a positive force within the communities and country in which we operate; and with a team that is happy, supported and whose careers are progressing. We have three business units overlaid with exco-level strategy and business development: • Corporate and consumer PR: We offer traditional PR, media relations, crisis communication, as well as related activities such as events and activations, and influencer management and engagement. We also manage webinars, join podcasts, and produce exceptional branded content, an adaptability that has become increasingly important as the traditional media landscape continues to shrink. • Social media and digital: We create compelling content, manage platforms and communities. We set up, analyse and report on paid media and search campaigns. • Design: We deliver high level and considered brand strategy, design beautiful artwork and collateral, and produce eye-catching 3D renders for the packaging and advertising industries. Collaboration: we work with best-in-class partners and suppliers, including photographers, videographers, creatives and strategists, ensuring that craftsmanship and exceptional strategic thinking is at the core of all we do. Long term clients • Clicks, Mpact, PURA Soda, Red & Yellow Creative School of Business, Rémy Cointreau, SAB Foundation, SkinMiles, Wonga, V&A Waterfront New clients in 2023 • ABInBev, Graham Beck, GoSolr, Life & Brands Group, Marriott Hotels, Time Out Market Cape Town. We have two growth areas that we are focusing on: • Our digital offering: contributed to 22% of our revenue going into 2024; • Servicing overseas clients: offering world-class service and product at attractive rates due to our exchange rate, contributing to 15% of our revenue last year. |
